 What do I need at check in for AZU try-outs?

1.$25 (Paid to AZU or cash)

2. The confirmation email from WebPoint that you are registered

3. Completed USAV Medical Release Form

4. Extra check for commitment fee to AZU

What is WebPoint?

• Webpoint is the AZ Region of USA Volleyball’s online registration system. This registration process allows your daughter to compete in club volleyball.
• ALL PLAYERS TRYING OUT FOR THE 2010-2011 CLUB SEASON MUST REGISTER THROUGH THE AZ REGION WebPoint SYSTEM PROIR TO TRYOUTS.

WebPoint Tips!!

• In WebPoint, you can select a 1-day USAV membership for $7 if you do not want to pay $50 for the full membership.
• THEN, If your daughter is selected for an AZU team, you will then go back into WebPoint and upgrade to a Full Junior Membership and pay the $43 remaining balance.
• If you decide to pay for a full junior membership ($50) and then do not play club volleyball, you will NOT receive a full refund. You will only receive a $25 refund.
• There is no online payment system for WebPoint. You have to complete the registration by printing the AZ Region Online Registration Form. You will send this form in with your payment to finalize your membership to the Arizona Region.
• If you are new to the AZ Region (club volleyball), you will also need to send in a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate with your AZ Region Online Registration Form.
