Most volleyball players in Arizona start playing when they are 12-14 years old (7th/8th grades). By joining the AZU Little Puffs Development Academy, your daughter and/or son will be able to start training six or more years before any other volleyball player in Arizona. AZU will teach all Little Puffs players competition, teamwork, and volleyball terminology before being able to train at the club level. Each player will be trained under the same philosophy in technique training as the older AZ United players.  The goal of Little Puffs is to develop stronger players in Arizona, be a part of the volleyball grassroots movement in the United States, and fulfill an unmet need for youth volleyball training in Arizona.

Little Puffs extends to the 7th and 8th graders that would like training during the Fall of 2009 prior to the start of the club season.
