John Sharpnack brings the ability to teach fundamentals and competition to AZ United Volleyball. Along with this, John uses his energetic personality and love for the game to motivate his players to work hard in order to reach their volleyball goals. Along with coaching, John still competes in the Arizona Region Adult League with great success.
John’s accomplishments as a coach include:
· Assistant Varsity coach Buckeye Union High School from 2001-2003
· 4 years Arizona Volleyball Academy Head Coach 15s
· 2 years AZSky VBC Head Coach 15s
· 1 year West Valley Juniors Head Coach 16s
· John’s 2007 15-2 team placed 3rd in Club Regionals
John’s playing accomplishments include:
· Placed 5th in 2007 at the USAV Adult Nationals in Austin TX with the AZ Raisins A/AA
· 2007 AZ Region Runner up with AZ Raisins Volleyball A/AA
· 2006 AZ Region Runner up AzSky Mens B/B and 2005 AZ Region Champions with AzSky B/BB
