Lisa joins AZ United with 10 years in coaching experience and a lifetime of being a competitor. Lisa has an extensive experience coaching volleyball at the college, high school, junior high, and club levels. Lisa is currently the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Phoenix College where she is responsible for recruiting, player retention, and athletic training. Prior to joining the Phoenix College Program, Lisa assisted Yavapai College for two years where she created and implemented a year-round physical fitness training programs for cardiovascular fitness, weight training, and nutrition. As a student-athlete, Lisa attended the University of New Mexico on a track scholarship where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Earth and Life Sciences and a Minor in Psychology. After UNM, Lisa attained her teaching credential from the University of Texas-Arlington. As a track athlete, Lisa was the Team Captain from 1996-1998 and was the Most Valuable Athlete in 1998.

- Co-founder and technical trainer for Texas Volleyball Associates in San Antonio, Texas.
- Two year head coach with Arizona Volleyball Academy in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Four year head coach with Mad Frogs Volleyball Club in Dallas, Texas.
- One year Head Coach with Texas Tornados Volleyball Club in Dallas, Texas.
- Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Hillcrest High School in Dallas, Texas where Lisa was named Head Coach of the Year.
- Head Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach /Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach/ Assistant varsity Track Coach at Westside High School in Houston, Texas.
- Head Volleyball coach and Assistant Varsity Track Coach at Jackson Junior High School in Grand Prairie, Texas.
- Head Varsity Volleyball and Head Varsity Track Coach at Lamar Junior High School in Irving, Texas.
